Import orders from BigCommerce from the Shopify Admin Panel > Apps > Store Importer.  “Import your data into Shopify” page will pop up. From the drop-down menu, choose BigCommerce to indicate the source of data. Proceed to Upload Files > Add File. From here choose the exported file. Click Continue Import > Import.  This is the same place to go to transfer customers from BigCommerce to Shopify.
