Your Step-by-Step Migration to Zen Cart

Migrating your store data from a CSV file to Zen Cart with Cart2Cart is a straightforward process designed for efficiency and accuracy. Follow these key steps to ensure a successful transfer:

  1. Connect Your Source (CSV File)

    Begin by initiating a new migration in your Cart2Cart account. For a CSV source, you will typically upload your prepared CSV file directly to our system. This file contains all the product, customer, and order data you wish to transfer to your new Zen Cart store.

  2. Connect Your Target (Zen Cart)

    Next, specify Zen Cart as your Target Cart. To establish a secure connection, you will need to upload the Cart2Cart Connection Bridge files to the root directory of your Zen Cart store via FTP/SFTP. This bridge acts as a secure gateway, allowing Cart2Cart to safely import your data.

  3. Select Data Entities for Migration

    On the "Entities Selection" page, choose the specific data types you want to migrate from your CSV file to Zen Cart. This includes products, customers, orders, categories, and more. You have full control over what data gets transferred.

  4. Configure Additional Options & Map Data
