Configure the Source Store: Select BigCommerce as your source platform. You will need to provide your store's URL and API credentials, including the Access Token and Client ID, to establish a secure connection.

Select CSV as the Target: Choose "CSV File" as your target destination. This tells the Cart2Cart wizard to generate downloadable files instead of pushing data to another live API.

Choose Data Entities: Check the boxes for the specific data types you wish to export, such as Products, Customers, and Orders. At this stage, you can also select additional options like SEO URL migration or quantity adjustments.

Launch a Free Demo: Run a Demo Migration to export a limited number of entities. This allows you to inspect the structure of the CSV files and ensure the data meets your requirements before proceeding.

Initiate Full Export: After verifying the demo results, start the Full Migration. Once the process is complete, your BigCommerce data will be available for download in a comprehensive CSV format.

Will my BigCommerce store go offline during the export?
No. Cart2Cart does not affect your live store's performance. Your BigCommerce site remains fully functional, allowing you to continue making sales while the data is being exported to CSV.
How long does the BigCommerce to CSV migration take?
The duration depends on the volume of data (number of products, customers, and orders). A typical export can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for very large databases.
Can I test the export before paying?
Yes. We provide a free Demo Migration that allows you to export a small subset of your BigCommerce data to CSV. This helps you verify the file structure and data accuracy before committing to a Full Migration.
Is my data secure during the transfer?

Can I export my customer passwords?
Customer passwords are encrypted by BigCommerce for security. While we can migrate most customer data, passwords generally cannot be exported in a plain-text CSV format due to platform security protocols.
