Your BigCommerce to CSV Migration Journey

Configure your Source Store: Select BigCommerce as your Source Cart. You will need to provide your store URL and API credentials (API Path and Access Token) to allow Cart2Cart to securely read your data.
- Select CSV as Target: Choose "CSV File" as your target platform. This tells the system to generate downloadable files containing your store's data.

Choose Data Entities: Pick the specific data types you wish to export, such as products, customers, and orders. You can also select all entities for a complete backup.
- Launch a Free Demo: Run a Demo Migration to see how a small portion of your BigCommerce data looks in the CSV format. This step is free and takes only a few minutes.
- Start Full Migration: Once you are satisfied with the demo results, initiate the Full Migration. After completion, you will be able to download your structured CSV files directly from the wizard.

What happens if the migration fails?

Can I migrate my customer passwords?
Due to the encrypted nature of passwords on BigCommerce, they cannot be exported in plain text to a CSV file. Customers will typically need to reset their passwords on the new platform.
